Roger Sudnick

Principal

Roger M. Sudnick is Principal and cofounder of Trade Management Partners, Inc., a consultancy focused on improving trade effectiveness for consumer product companies. Mr. Sudnick has over 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged good industry, working across multiple brands, categories and functional areas.

Mr. Sudnick is a strategically oriented executive with a proven track record of driving improved returns on trade investment. He has developed a unique skill set with a deep understanding for the “science” of financial analysis balanced with empathy for the “art” of managing key customers. Mr. Sudnick enjoys problem solving, changing and winning.

Prior to starting Trade Management Partners, Inc., Mr. Sudnick was employed by ConAgra Foods as Vice President of Business Development. He successfully led trade development and category management over a five year period for the refrigerated foods, dairy and deli divisions.

Mr. Sudnick joined ConAgra from The Quaker Oats Company where he was employed for fourteen years. At Quaker, he held a number of positions in accounting, finance, sales, and category management, as well as headquarter and field trade marketing.

Mr. Sudnick also held positions in accounting and as a plant controller prior to joining Quaker Oats.

Mr. Sudnick is a CPA and a graduate of Ohio University’s class of 1984, where he majored in Accounting and Prelaw.
